What's Going On?

For those of you following my Twitter (and if you aren't, why the hell aren't you!?!?!?), you would be aware that for the past month or so, every Wednesday from 12-1 has become Unofficial Natural Observation of Male Life Form Hour. Some might call it stalking. But I'm not Some. I'm Annie. Duh.
To bring you up to speed, there's a guy in this lecture who happens to be a cross between Tom Sturridge and Guy Berryman. (pictures below)

And this lookalike (who we shall call Lookalike) has been sitting in the row in front of me every week, giving me complete access to his laptop screen.
But tragedy struck this week.
He sat in the row behind me.
DIRECTLY BEHIND ME.

Not cool. Not cool at all. How am I to collect information on you and marvel at our common interests? How am I supposed to stare at you slyly whilst you remain oblivious to my loserish ways?

Until next week then.

In other news:
Driving hours: 64/120 hours.
Alcohol units: 0. Due to rise on Friday night.

I survived the debate in Multimedia Performance on Monday arvo. Thank God. Still shitting myself over the mark. Crossing fingers, toes and other limbs.
Workload is still average-y. I guess. Let's talk in a few weeks though, shall we? Expecting to eat my words big time.

No job yet. I haven't been looking properly. But the whole 'ooh free shipping from Amazon UK' and 'SPORTSGIIIIIIIRRRRRLLLL' has made me concerned. Very concerned.

Meanwhile, am hoping to go see 'Never Let Me Go' at some point this week. And have a driving lesson. And do my assignment. And go to a party. And go to the bakery.

Patience

I made a few New Years Resolutions this year.

1. Learn how to drive- get my Ps
2. Get a job
3. Get a boyfriend

In that order.

So I've decided to start a blog to keep track of things. I was going to start a proper pen and paper diary but, to be honest, I can't be bothered. Also I'm incredibly vain, so if someone happens to stumble upon this (it's the internet- bound to happen eventually) I don't mind them reading it that much.

So it's the end of Week 3 at Uni. And I really need to pick up the slack. It only hit me today how much work I've got to do this semester and I really need to get a move on. My motivation levels are at an all time low. BUT I WILL PREVAIL.

Driving wise, I just booked another lesson for this Sunday. I'm gonna be consistent this time because frankly, being the only person in my family that can't drive is embarrassing. I can't keep relying on other people for lifts. And no more excuses. Unless they're really good. Saying I forgot will not cut it anymore. Crossing ym fingers for a smooth lesson.

No movement on the boyfriend part. At all. *le sigh*

Same goes for the job. Nothing yet, but keeping eyes and ears peeled. I did see something about doing courses at a media school thing. Might have a look. Had the awkward 'what are you doing with your life?' talk with my dad last night. I say talk, when really he just asked me stuff and I changed the subject asap.

So my weekend will be filled with a driving lesson, a bakery visit and doing as much work as I can. Fun!
